As a Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist, I am here to empower you through every stage of your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

My training programs are:

    Every one of our bodies are unique, and our training should be too. I create my plans to fit your needs, and meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey. Together we will establish your starting point, your goals, and assess each step along the way. After all, this is for YOU!

    My programs are created to address your fitness needs, however they may change throughout your training. Check-ins are an essential element of my training programs to make sure that you are making progress, reaching your goals, and are feeling challenged by your workout regimen.

  • BALANCED.

    I emphasize the importance of balance with all of my clients. I believe in taking care of your body, but also your mind and emotional health. Rest days and listening to your body are just as essential as your workouts.
