Pop Squats
To perform a jumping squat, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back, keeping your chest up and core engaged. Once your thighs are parallel to the ground, explode upward, jumping as high as possible. Land softly on the balls of your feet, with knees slightly bent, and immediately lower back into the squat position to repeat.
